Kasper Adriaensen

After attaining a linguistics degree at KU Leuven, Kasper decided to follow a personal passion and go into game development, first as a hobbyist, later in a self-employed capacity and finally at LuGus Studios, where he is currently the senior technical artist. At LuGus Studios, he has contributed to game projects such as Liftoff and Battle For Donetsk, and has been lead developer on several educational games in an international framework, such as Mendel, a game about basic chemistry principles, and an ongoing project about recycling for EIT Raw Materials.

Kasper has an interest in innovative game mechanics, educational games and game-based learning, and strong narrative in game media
