Nina is a Game Designer, Artist, and Teacher. She takes great pleasure in creative work and is especially interested in games as learning and shaping mediums.
Currently, she is an Early Stage Researcher and Ph.D. student at the IT University of Copenhagen focused on creating an immersive game to interest children in chemistry and chemical engineering.
She holds a Bachelor in Elementary Education from the Psychology and Education Sciences Faculty at “A.I. Cuza” University in Iasi and a Masters in Game Design from the IT University of Copenhagen.
She has 4+ years of professional experience working as a Designer and Artist in Web and Game Development, both with small independent teams as well as with major publishers like Ubisoft.
She also taught Primary, Preschool and Special Needs children and in 2013 she worked as a Teaching Assistant for the Game Development course at the IT University of Copenhagen
