Yusra Tehreem

Yusra Tehreem is an ESR15 for CHARMING project. Her objective is to explore the use of immersive VR/AR training simulators for the advanced training of employees in the chemical industry. She got bachelor’s degree in software engineering from Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi, Pakistan. Her thesis was in development of an AI controller for a robot car in a 3D car racing simulator. Then she got Erasmus Mundus scholarship and studied full master’s degree in Informatics Engineering at University of Evora, Portugal. Her Master’s thesis was in serious educational game, to train students how to solve mathematical equations. After two years in Portugal, she got Erasmus+ traineeship in Belfast, United Kingdom.  Here, she worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst in Philips Digital Pathology Solutions. After traineeship in UK, she worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Infiniun Healthcare Private Limited, Islamabad, Pakistan. Here, her expertise were in quality assurance, performance analysis, user scenarios, user experiences and requirement engineering.
